Doug Widenmann has amassed 40 years of experience in the industry in various sales and marketing leadership roles with three major HVAC product manufacturers. As Daikin continues its growth in North America, Doug will be instrumental in leading the Daikin premium strategy, supported by Daikin’s core values of absolute credibility, enterprising management, and harmonious personal relations.
JR de la Cruz is a mechanical engineer with 26 years of experience in the HVAC industry and a Master of Business Administration. He has spent his career bridging technical expertise with business strategy to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence. As a leader, he focuses on developing people, strengthening organizations, and advancing modern HVAC solutions.
Lee Smith is Vice President, Strategic Marketing & Environmental Technology Solutions for Daikin Comfort Technologies North America, Inc. Lee has spent over 30 years in the HVAC industry with 20 of those years at Daikin. He has extensive experience in all global markets with a specialization in U.K., Europe, and North America.
